What’s to see in Moscow
Red Square and the Kremlin are the most popular sights. Moscow Manege is worth visiting as it is one of the biggest exhibition-halls in Russia. Moscow Manege was built in the 19-th century. Several years ago, in the year of 2004, Moscow Manege was greatly damaged by the fire that left only the walls of Manege. In a year it was totally restored and nowadays numerous exhibitions are held there.
St Basil’s Cathedral is situated along the eastern part of the Kremlin. It was built in the 16-th century and has really magnificent look.
The Red Square and the Kremlin are not the only sights situated in the center of Moscow. There is also a massive square situated there, which is called the Slavyanskaya Square. Many beautiful statues are situated there, as well as different kinds of buildings, which are worth seeing. Really, you cannot say that you have seen Russia unless you have had Moscow travel in your itinerary.
Another must-see attraction in Moscow is the Kuskovo Estate, which was built in the 18 century for the family of general Sheremetev. It was damaged during Napoleonic wars, but then restored. Nowadays it is used for organizing different concerts and celebrations. I wish you perfect Moscow vacations.
